Having never been to London its various boroughs, suburbs and districts are something of a mystery, but having played Monopoly I’m well aware that Mayfair epitomises elite living. The Mellier, a new development based in the heart of Mayfair promises its residents exactly that and boasts a beautiful identity created by Ico Design, one of London’s best design studios.

The identity itself is classy and sophisticated, but Ico have avoided rolling out the familiar design cliches that are typical of other elite property developments and instead have created something that is also memorable and contemporary.

The studio also designed the stunning ‘no-expensed spared’ publication pictured below, which provides an insight into contemporary Mayfair through interviews with a number of noteworthy personalities that call the district home.
