Enjoying the first coffee for the day while browsing the beautiful folio of Spanish designer and art director Ana Mirats. It’s loaded with an impressive collection of identity and editorial work, such as this editorial design for Hercules Universal Magazine V – Vol II.

Sophisticated! This is undoubtedly thanks to the luxurious fashion photography and sparse page layouts. The choice of typefaces plays a big role here too though — lavish serifs are accented by the elegant rationality of geometric sans-serifs. It’s an excellent pairing and one that works very well for anything fashion related.
