Really impressed with the vintage inspired typographic stylings of Cameron Humphries, a recent graduate from Design College Australia who is based in Brisbane. This identity designed as a response to a student brief is a great example of the work this young designer is producing.

The identity mark is a ball of yarn, which reflects the name of the bar/cafe on literal level, but conceptually represents ideas unravelling — a perfect mark for a place that was envisioned as a meeting spot for young creatives.

I’m also loving the variety of vintage inspired typefaces used throughout, all of which perfectly compliment the rustic industrial, yet contemporary aesthetic of this identity. Beautifully presented too!
